TweetBeam integrates the new Instagram API

As you may have heard, Instagram uses a new permissions review process for apps using the Instagram API (in non-nerd-speak: that’s the thing apps like TweetBeam use to find your posts) since June 1st, 2016. This means that only apps with approval from Instagram are allowed to use the API to show messages.

We’re happy to report that TweetBeam was fully approved and has smoothly transitioned to the new API on June 1st.

For you, this means your TweetBeam experience will keep functioning smoothly as ever. For us, it validates our idea that engaging visualizations lead to more meaningful interaction on Instagram.

We’re looking forward to keeping working with Instagram and delivering great experiences for professional brands and events on top of their platform.
